イシル地方の名物料理

内戦の激しかったイシル地方。今年、同地方のチャフル市に住む友人を訪問。

イシル地方では大半の地域でイシル語が話されるけど、その友達が住んでいるところではキチェ語が話される。

色んな郷土料理を振る舞ってくれた。コメドール等では中々食べられないとのこと。感謝。
